I wanted to increase my flexibility and speed and strengthen my knees, which have given me some issues in the past. My goals were definitely met and I feel like the skills I gained will be an asset to my basketball career going forward. The workouts were not repetitive at all. They were always something new and challenging for me to push myself. Jonah Skiles is a knowledgeable trainer and always provided me with a positive environment and a great experience.
