What is Open Gym?
Hours
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:30pm
Goals of Open Gyms:
Make up a missed workout
Extra time to work on some new skills and practice other skills at your own pace
Freedom to work on your training goals
Sport specific or competition specific training (use cage, court, or turf)
Guidelines for Open Gym:
If there is another class, personal training session, or rental going on then they have precedent on equipment and space needed
*Must be 15 years or older to attend Open Gym unless supervised by an adult member.
Must return facility and equipment to proper locations or where you found it
