What is Open Gym?

Hours

Monday-Thursday - 11:00-1:00pm, 4:00-7:00pm

Goals of Open Gyms:

  • Make up a missed workout

  • Extra time to work on some new skills and practice other skills at your own pace

  • Extra space to spread out during workout

  • Freedom to work on your training goals

Guidelines for Open Gym:

  • Must sign-up for a designated time slot

  • If there is another class or personal training session going on then they have precedent on equipment and space needed

  • *Must be 16 years or older to attend Open Gym unless supervised by an adult member.
