What is Open Gym?

Hours

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:30pm

Goals of Open Gyms:

  • Make up a missed workout

  • Extra time to work on some new skills and practice other skills at your own pace

  • Freedom to work on your training goals

  • Sport specific or competition specific training (use cage, court, or turf)

Guidelines for Open Gym:

  • If there is another class, personal training session, or rental going on then they have precedent on equipment and space needed

  • *Must be 15 years or older to attend Open Gym unless supervised by an adult member.

  • Must return facility and equipment to proper locations or where you found it
