He remembers his first workout:  (Fran) 21-15-9 thrusters and pullups @ 95lbs. It was the worse 8 minutes of his life. By the end of the workout he was on the floor in the fetal position trying to breath. Fast forward several years later and his best Fran time is 3:12.

Steve is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer.  He is our most mature coach (i.e. oldest), but he is still driven to learn new things and become a better athlete and coach.  He has an insatiable desire to learn more efficient and improved ways to perform and teach movements, lifts and skills and is constantly reading, studying and researching, whether it be nutrition, gymnastics, programming or lifting.  He believes that the Elite Fitness Class program is a great program for all ages, from teenager to senior citizen, and it can lead to a more productive, happier and healthier life.

Steve teaches some early morning classes and evening classes and is the lead instructor for our Sunday Gymnastics/Metcon class.  His goal is to help our members become healthy and fit individuals and better athletes.
