Congratulations to Revved UP CrossFit Member of the Month, Sarah Nickerson!

Tell us a little about yourself.

I have been CrossFitting for two years. When I'm not working out I am either busy being a pharmacist or playing with my awesome kiddos! 

What is your most memorable CrossFit experience?

My most memorable moment was doing my first muscle up!

Why did you try CrossFit?

I tried CrossFit because I was a cheerleader and did gymnastics in high school. I knew that CrossFit incorporated a lot of the same elements in their workouts so I wanted to give it a try!

What has been your biggest challenge or improvement?

My biggest challenge has been snatches. I remember when I first started I thought that they were horrible and I couldn't do much weight at all. But in the two years that I have been here I have gotten much better at them!

What is your favorite workout?

My favorite workout would have to be the ones that include handstand push-ups. I see these workouts as challenging but fun at the same time. 

What advice would you give to a new member?

Just stick wit hit! Don't get discouraged and don't get lazy!
