Tell us a little about yourself.
I am a senior at Hurricane High School. I am a member of HHS Dance Team and Dancing Unlimited competition team. I will be attending WVU in the fall.
What is your most memorable CrossFit experience?
Doing a rope climb for the first time!
Why did you try CrossFit?
I was a member at the gym before, but I didn't really know much about the technique or any good workouts. I wanted someone/something that could guide me.
What has been your biggest challenge or improvement?
Handstand push-ups or pull-ups have been my biggest challenge.
What is your favorite workout?
My favorite workout is anything with squats or box jumps, as long as there aren't any prowlers involved I usually like all of the workouts.
What advice would you give to a new member?
Don't give up after a couple of days, and don't get discouraged because you cant RX. Seeing improvement is one of the best parts of CrossFit.
