What is Open Gym?
Hours
Monday-Thursday - 11:00-1:00pm, 4:00-7:00pm
Goals of Open Gyms:
- Make up a missed workout 
- Extra time to work on some new skills and practice other skills at your own pace 
- Extra space to spread out during workout 
- Freedom to work on your training goals 
Guidelines for Open Gym:
- Must sign-up for a designated time slot 
- If there is another class or personal training session going on then they have precedent on equipment and space needed 
- *Must be 16 years or older to attend Open Gym unless supervised by an adult member.
