FITNESS PROGRAMMING*
Designed for those that want to dedicate time to a particular fitness goal in areas of endurance training, strength training, and/or skill development.
- Initial Appointment - 15-30 minutes - Assessment of current ability 
- Set specific goals 
- Develop a personalized program 
 
- Two check-ins per month - 10-15 minutes - Goal-meeting progress 
- Address any challenges 
- Receive recommended action steps 
 
HEALTH COACHING*
One-on-one consulting service in which a coach provides support to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, create healthy habits, or improve movement, the coach will create a program tailored to your needs and provide you with the advice and accountability that you need to succeed.

- Set specific goals

- Address any challenges

FITNESS ASSESSMENT
We will perform a series of mobility and/or fitness tests based on your goals to identify your strengths and weaknesses and help set attainable health and fitness goals.
- Height / Weight / Body composition 
- Vertical and Horizontal Jump Testing 
- Sports timing (40-yard dash, Pro-agility test, etc) 
- Mobility Testing / Movement Assessment 
- Cardiovascular Testing (55+) 
- Strength Testing 
* Must be an active member of one of our fitness classes or be enrolled in a personal training program
