Where? Teays Physical Therapy Center in Teays Valley 

When? 7 weeks beginning April 15th - May 30th 

How Often? 2 x week (Monday/Thursday) 

What Time? 7:00-8:00 p.m. 

What is the Cost? $115.00/person, $100/person for multiple family members 


What is Potential Plus? 

Potential Plus designs sports-specific conditioning programs for athletes. This particular class is for High School and Middle School athletes hoping to get a “head start” on training for the upcoming sports seasons. This program will improve “trainable qualities” as they relate to all sports. The “trainable qualities” our program focuses on, includes speed and acceleration, strength, form running, lateral agility, core and abdominal strengthening, balance, flexibility and overall body control. Each participant will be pre and post tested to demonstrate improvements. Numerous All-Conference, All-State and Division I, II, & III athletes have participated in this program with excellent results! When trained properly, athletes will not only have a competitive edge on the field of play, but should also be better prepared to meet the physical demands of sports and reduce the risk of injury.
