Full Potential - Functional Sports Training Classes
These particular classes are for high school & middle school athletes desiring elite training to improve:
- Form running
- Explosive power
- Jumping (i.e. vertical jump)
- Lateral agility
- Body control
- Cardio-respiratory Endurance
- Core strength
Each participant is pre and post tested to demonstrate improvements.
Numerous All-Conference, All-State and Division I, II, III, & NAIA athletes have participated in these programs with excellent results! These are extremely beneficial pre-season programs that condition athletes to meet the physical demands of their respective sports and reduce the risk of injury.
