Home School Fitness

This program is designed for home school families looking for a unique PE fitness class for K-5th grade, 6th – 12th grade, and parents to participate in and interact with other home school families. Younger students will develop in these areas through fun and functional exercises and games during these  “skill hungry” years:

  • Improved foot speed
  • Coordination
  • Balance
  • Agility
  • Flexibility
  • Conditioning
  • Overall body control and strength

Older students and parents will improve their total body strength, cardiovascular conditioning, core strength and overall muscle tone through proper strengthening and core exercise progression.

The Home School PE Fitness classes last 7 weeks and meets Monday and Thursday.
