Classes are available every weekday morning and evening, and on Saturday mornings.

CrossFit Class Times:

Monday-Thursday: 5:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. 

Friday: 5:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m.


Our Revved Up Fitness class is a 3 day/week fitness program designed to be lower impact than our crossfit classes.  Perfect for those who are coming of an injury or who just want to get a fast paced and fun workout at an affordable price


Revved Up Fitness meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am.
